Reconstitution

Mix the vial the right way

A clean reconstitution protects the peptide and keeps your dosing accurate. Five steps, every time.

  1. 01

    Sanitize everything

Wipe the peptide vial stopper and the BAC water vial with a fresh alcohol swab. Let both air-dry for a few seconds before you draw.

  2. 02

    Draw your BAC water

Using a syringe, pull the exact amount of bacteriostatic water you entered above. Air bubbles are fine at this stage — you only need the volume.

  3. 03

    Add it down the wall

Insert the needle at an angle and let the water run slowly down the inside glass wall of the peptide vial. Never blast it directly onto the powder.

  4. 04

    Swirl, don’t shake

Roll the vial gently between your fingers until the powder fully dissolves. Shaking foams and can damage the peptide — patience beats force.

  5. 05

    Inspect before use

The solution should be clear and particle-free. Store reconstituted vials refrigerated and draw your dose with a fresh U-100 insulin syringe.
